BAPS of the Month – January

As many of you will know we run an annual Blogging Awards for parents who write about SEND.  The BAPS Awards (Bl**dy Awesome ParentS).

The lovely people at My Family Our Needs help us to make this a reality – we could not do this without them.

This month we will be sharing the nominations, along with some of the reasons why people have nominated them so watch this space.

BAPS of the Month

As much as we love the BAPS Blogging Awards, we also had parents challenge us about there being lots of BAPS out there who were not bloggers.

We listened and then we chatted.  We totally agreed.

So, as we announced in our weekly FB Live this morning, we are launching a monthly BAPS Award.

BUT BAPS of the Month

Every month, we will give you the chance to nominate a Bl**dy Awesome Parent who isn’t a blogger.

In the first week of each month, we will announce the nominations and we have a dedicated judging panel who will decide on the winner each month.

We have already been offered support from My Family Our Needs to help us co-ordinate this and have also been offered a small pot of funding from a few organisations to provide a small prize for each monthly winner.
