A little Christmas gift from Bringing Us Together
It’s that time of year again! The time when we all say things like “where did this year go” or “I can’t believe it’s nearly Christmas”.
For many of us, it is also the time of year when we start thinking “New Year, New Me” I know it’s not just me saying this.
We may be planning to achieve many goals:
- Getting Organised
- Getting Healthy
- Getting Informed
- Getting Ahead
But where do you start? How can you work on any of these goals?
We wanted to show our gratitude to all the people who support us at Bringing Us Together. We have therefore produced a free downloadable planner – you just have to sign up to our email list.
Click Here to sign up – this planner will help you to get organised and get ahead.
If you want to get healthy and perhaps slimming clubs, etc are not your thing; then why not join our BAPS – Healthy Options Facebook group.
We will be sharing our weekly loss/gain in there every Friday. You can choose if you share your weight or just your loss/gain. It’s a group of other BAPS all wanting to get healthy in 2018. We won’t be advocating specific diets or anything, but we will be sharing the challenges we face, the tips that work for us and hopefully we can all support each other when we have bad days.
What does the planner have?
- Calendar
- Monthly Goals
- Goals – why set them
- Goals – how to set them
- Habit Tracking
- Your Tribe
- Meeting Tips
- Contacts
- Appointment Records
- Plan your week
- Medication – overview
- It’s all about me – ways to think about yourself
- Review
And it’s free. You just have to sign up for email updates from Bringing Us Together.
In 2018, we will be helping you to Get Informed too – with more Survival Guides for families. You can also join our Facebook Group – Bringing Us Together – a place to share – to ask questions, share tips and posts.
Hoping that you enjoy the festive season and that 2018 brings you love, compassion and that we can continue to work to make things better for families.
